02 The challenge

Unlocking hidden potential

Deloitte’s growing partnership with SCADpro produced extraordinary projects and results—but only a few employees knew about it. The assets existed, but project information was scattered across external drives, Dropbox folders, and physical process books, creating:

Fragmented Storage

Project assets were scattered across external drives, Dropbox, and physical process books.

Awareness Gaps

Deloitte employees were not fully aware of the depth and impact of the partnerships.

Inaccessible Insights

Teams struggled to find and utilize valuable insights from past projects.

Missed Client Opportunities

External stakeholders had no easy way to see the scope of SCADpro’s contributions, limiting Deloitte’s ability to showcase their innovation.

The solution demanded an intuitive system deployed on SharePoint to centralize, categorize, and share projects, emphasizing quick navigation and multi-level access.

03 The Vision & Process

Reimagine awareness through design

We aim to create a platform that not only organizes collaborated work but also transforms it into a powerful tool for knowledge-sharing and innovation within Deloitte.

1. Increase awareness of the Deloitte-SCADpro partnership across employees.

2. Leverage categorized insights and deliverables to inspire ongoing and future collaborations.

3. Provide clients with carefully curated project highlights through dual-access tagging.
